The NBL1 South is officially in the finals and the first week will be a continuous flow of massive plays and results!

Qualifying Finals
Mount Gambier Pioneers v Kilsyth Cobras
The Mount Gambier Pioneers will host the Kilsyth Cobras on Friday night, as recent Perth Wildcats pick up and Pioneers star Michael Harris will battle it out against Kilsyth’s Corey Jeffs and Deng Deng.

Hobart Chargers v Sandringham Sabres
On Saturday night Harry Froling’s Hobart Chargers will host the Sandringham Sabres in what is set up to be a massive clash.
The star big man is one of the leaders in the MVP race, averaging 20 points and 11 rebounds as the focal point for the best team in the South. The Sabres have a trio of Tall Blacks leading the way, with Shea Ili, Tohi Smith-Milner and Dion Prewster forming a formidable squad of talent with chemistry.

Elimination Finals
Bendigo Braves v Knox Raiders
The Raiders will head over to Bendigo to try to take down the defensive-minded Braves. Kuany Kuany is the Braves' weapon of choice, he averaged 21 points per game but the Braves have great depth too, as six players who averaged double-digit points this regular season.
But the Raiders are just as dangerous, Alex Robinson Jr has been a superstar all season while teammates Reuben Te Rangi, Deng Acouth and Mason Peatling all add invaluable NBL experience to this finals run.

Frankston Blues v Geelong Supercats
While the Frankston Blues have already got their ticket into the NBL1 Coles Express National Final, they will be as hungry as ever to still try and win the South conference. In their way will be the Supercats, Gabriel Hadley has been Geelong’s star all season and will be a handful for Lachlan Barker and the Blues.
