In a Good Friday double-header, the West Adelaide Bearcats hosted the Forestville Eagles to mixed results. Check out the two game reports below!

Women's: West Adelaide Bearcats (76) def Forestville (55)

In a dominant display by the home side, the Bearcats blew out last year's Grand Finalists by 21 points -- including a 32-point lead in the game.

West Adelaide's Olivia Levicki continued her hot streak, coming off a Player of the Week performance in Round 3, she scored 16 points with 16 rebounds while dishing out four assists. While Sienna Grieger found her range from outside, hitting five triples on her way to 15 points. West Adelaide controlled the glass, outrebounding Forestville 44-34, including 15 offensive boards that led to eight second-chance points.

Despite trailing by double digits for much of the contest, Forestville still had a bright spot in All-Star Five member Maddy Freer's 18-point effort, shooting an efficient 53 percent from the field.

However, the Bearcats shut down captain Sam Simons, who was held to 5/17 from the field and finished with 12 points total (6.6 less than her season total before tonight).

The Eagles' biggest downfall was turnovers, struggling to maintain control and committing 20 total turnovers (only having 39 total this season), which West Adelaide converted into 12 points.

West Adelaide's next game will be on ANZAC Day against the Southern Tigers.

West Adelaide 76 (Olivia Levicki 16, Sienna Grieger 15, Sienna Lehmann 11).

Forestville 55 (Maddy Freer 18, Samantha Simons 12, Jess Simons 6).

Men's: West Adelaide Bearcats (63) defeated by Forestville (94)

The Forestville superteam strikes again in a massive 31-point blowout over the hosting Bearcats.

Daniel Johnson led the Eagles' charge with a stellar double-double performance, pouring in 23 points, pulling down 12 rebounds while shooting an efficient 57% from the field. The Adelaide legend's complete offensive arsenal was on full display as he connected from both inside and beyond the arc.

Forestville established control early, jumping to a 28-15 lead after the first quarter and never looking back. Four of five starters scored in double-digits, while championship captain Adam Dotyle conducted the pitch-perfect offence.

The reigning best Defensive Player, Alex Starling, was at his best by pulling down 17 rebounds and taking five steals in another dominant display by the former 36er.

For the struggling Bearcats, Lat Mayen led scoring efforts with 16 points on 19 attempts. Foot Locker Player of the Week Keanu Rasmussen provided a bright spot with 15 points on more efficient shooting, connecting on three of his six three-point attempts.

After Forestville's messy overtime loss to the Eastern Mavericks in Round 2, the Eagles have won their past two games by a margin of 66 points. But will we see the superteam make it a win streak come ANZAC Day?

West Adelaide 63 (Lat Mayen 16, Keanu Rasmussen 15, Jacob Tyron 8)

Forestville 94 (Daniel Johnson 23, Dejan Vasiljevic and Greg Mays 18, Alex Starling 10).
