Comets sign three-time NBL champion

Three-time NBL champion and Illawarra Hawks forward Wani Swaka Lo Buluk has signed with the NBL1 East Sydney Comets for the rest of the season.

In the 2022 NBL1 season, Swaka Lo Buluk played for the NBL1 North USC Rip City – where he led the team alongside Kouat Noi to the NBL1 North Grand Finals Series.

With Rip City, he averaged 12.5 points per game and was one of the most athletic players and tenacious defenders in the North last year.

The Sydney Comets have a double-header this weekend, starting on Saturday against the Albury-Wodonga Bandits and then the Canberra Gunners on Sunday.
