Saturday, Round 12: Norths Bears vs Maitland
Women’s live from 4:00pm | Men’s live from 6:00pm
Norths Bears: Madeleine O’Hehir
Coming off a championship season, Madeleine O’Hehir has maintained her momentum.
The Bears have gone under the radar this season, due to the outstanding success of Albury-Wodonga and Newcastle earlier in the season.

Despite this, Norths have elevated into the second spot on the ladder and O’Hehir has made an impact, averaging a team-high 16.7 points per game increasing her average by nearly five points per game. With back-to-back games with over 20 points, she will be at the top of Maitland’s scouting report heading into Saturday afternoon.
Saturday, Round 14: Cockburn Cougars vs Rockingham Flames
Women’s live from 5:30pm | Men’s live from 7:30pm
Rockingham Flames: Robbi Ryan
In a possible NBL1 West Grand Final preview, the Rockingham Flames will take on the defending champions in a mouth-watering Saturday night clash.
The 2022 NBL1 West First-Team member and former Perth Lynx star made the move to the Flames mid-season and has been outstanding, averaging 16.6 points per game this season.

While the Cougars feature an extremely talented championship core, Ryan’s star power can win any game. The head-to-head match-up of the reigning Defensive Player of the Year Stephanie Gorman and Ryan will be a treat.
Sunday, Round 13: Woodville Warriors vs Sturt Sabres
Women’s live from 12:00pm | Men’s live from 1:45pm
Woodville Warriors: Holly Forbes
Leading the team in points and rebounds per game, Holly Forbes will have to have a massive game to get the Warriors their third win of the season.
While the veteran has been a stabilising force for an up-and-down season, her performance against the Lions last weekend left a lot to be desired. Coming up against the runners-up from last season, Forbes will have to carry Woodville in this Sunday’s clash.
Sunday, Round 12: Logan Thunder vs Rockhampton Cyclones and Rockets
Women’s live from 1:00pm | Men’s live from 3:00pm
Rockhampton Rockets: Matur Maker
Former Sydney King Matur Maker has been on a tear throughout the NBL1 North, winning six of the 10 games he’s played this season.
He’s averaging 22.1 points and 13.3 rebounds this season, as his 6’10” frame is bound to cause issues for Logan’s defence.
Putting up 41 points in June against Darwin, he’s always ready to put up shots and take over a game.
Sunday, Round 12: Nunawading Spectres vs Knox Raiders
Women’s live from 12:30pm | Men’s live from 2:30pm
Knox Raiders: KJ Feagin
NBL1 Championship Game MVP has taken on a new role this season, but it doesn’t stop him from still being the primary bucket-getter for the National Champions.

In more of a mentor role this season, the captain averages 17.4 points and 5.4 assists per game for the seventh-seeded Raiders. In his second season, he’ll be able to evaluate his teammates further in a truly stacked conference.
Going up against the ninth-placed Spectres on Sunday, Feagin will have to carry his squad on the road to continue to climb up into the NBL1 South Finals race.
