Headlined by NBL1 West First Team member Teige Morrell and Sixth-Player of the Year Amy Jacobs, the Lynx have sourced the best of the best talent from the NBL1 West competition for their WNBL squad.
Morrell has been outstanding in the NBL1 competition for multiple seasons now, winning the NBL1 Central MVP in 2021 and now making back-to-back First Teams with the Joondalup Wolves.
Upon signing, Morrell said she cannot wait to start for WNBL career in WA.
“Joining the Lynx is an absolute dream come true. I am so grateful to be able to continue to develop my game at the WNBL level,” she told the Lynx.
“Being a part of this super fun and incredibly talented group of girls and having the opportunity to learn from Petrik and his coaching staff is a huge blessing.”
