WOMEN
Manley Warringah Sea Eagles (75) def by Illawarra Hawks (76)
In a game that came down to the final play, the Illawarra Hawks escaped with the win following a game-winning steal.
Tyler Scaife led the winners with 21 points, one of four Hawks players who scored at least 13.
Kimberley Hodge was the game's top scorer, with 24 points, seven rebounds, five steals, and three assists for the Sea Eagles, but was stripped en route to what would have been the game-winner.

Inner West Bulls (49) def by Newcastle Falcons (110)
An absolute thrashing from the Falcons here, taking down the Bulls by 61 points.
Jade Yeomans did most of the work for Inner West, with 16 points and 10 rebounds to lead her team in both.
But Nicole Munger had a field day against the Bulls going for 53 points, seven rebounds, six steals, and five assists.

Canberra Nationals (79) def by Albury Wodonga Bandits (90)
Two huge performances were behind the Bandits’ 11-point win, with Ai Yamada and Unique Thompson both scoring north of 30 points.
Yamada had 30, to go along with 10 assists and eight rebounds, while Thompson had 33 points and 18 rebounds.
Lizzy Tonks had 31 points of her own, and Abby Solway chipped in 22, but the Nationals fell short of the Bandits.

Hills Hornets (59) def by Norths Bears (81)
An impressive 22-point win from Norths in this game, as the Bears dominated all four quarters.
Carla Pitman was Norths’ driving force, scoring 22 points to go with seven rounds, three assists, and three steals.
Rhiannon Yetsenga was Hills' high water mark, with 19 points and 14 rebounds, but it was not enough to reel in the bears.

NORTHS 81 (Pitman 22, Evans 17, Schicher 12)
Maitland Mustangs (55) def by Sutherland Sharks (98)
A colossal win from the Sharks in this game, as they downed the Mustangs by 43 points.
Mikaela Dombkins was the standout for Maitland, scoring 16 points and grabbing 19 rebounds, as well as four assists, two steals, and a block for good measure.
But for Sutherland, Madeleine Norris led the team and the game with 25 points, while Lauren Nicholson had 14 points, 11 assists, five rebounds, and five steals.

Manly Warringah Sea Eagles (102) def by Illawarra Hawks (104)
A second absolute nailbiter between the Sea Eagles and the Hawks, with Illawarra once again holding on for the win.
Illawarra’s Kiwi Gardner put on another masterclass, with 47 points, six rebounds, four steals and three assists.
William McFee led Manly off the bench with 21 points, while Indiana Faithfull put in 20 of his own, but the Sea Eagles fell just short of the win.

ILLAWARRA 104 (Gardner 47, Mullan 19, Walker and Laudato 10)
Bankstown Bruins (92) def by Central Coast Crusaders (98)
It took five minutes longer than expected but the Central Coast Crusaders have taken down the Bankstown Bruins, winning by six points in overtime.
Callum Jenkins was a huge part of the Crusaders’ winning effort, dropping a monster 42-point 18-rebound double-double.
The Bruins had twin 25-point performances from starters Lachlan Anderson and Jack Lopez, but Bankstown struggled in OT, outscored 6-12.

CENTRAL COAST 98 (Jenkins 42, Cracknell 15, Bates 12)
Maitland Mustangs (77) def by Sutherland Sharks (91)
A solid win for Sutherland here, taking down Maitland by 14 points.
Lochlan Hutchison shone for the Sharks, scoring 28 points, Geoffrey Gerlach joining him in the twenties with 23.
Four Maitland starters hit double digits, but their joint top-scorers Sharif Watson and Matthew Gray nabbing 14 points each wasn’t enough for the win.

SUTHERLAND 91 (Hutchison 28, Gerlach 23, Woodhill 14)
Newcastle Falcons (61) def by Inner West Bulls (98)
This was a strong 37-point win from Inner West, thanks to a fantastic performance across the board.
The Bulls had five players in double digits, led by Alexander Higgins-Titsha with 20 points.
Matur Maluach led Newcastle with 19, but they didn’t have the scoring needed to compete in this one.

Albury Wodonga Bandits (103) def by Canberra Gunners (109)
We needed extra basketball to figure this one out, with Canberra claiming a six-point win after a 14-8 OT period.
Canberra had three players score at least 20 points, led by James Toohey with 26, including six threes.
All five Bandits starters scored at least 12 points, Duom Dawan the standout with 22 points and 17 rebounds.

Hills Hornets (77) def by Norths Bears (80)
It took an extra five minutes to decide this one, but the Bears came away with the win, downing Hills by three points in overtime.
Liam Moss was predictably super, leading the Hornets with 28 points, as well as five rebounds, three steals and two assists.
Ignatius Mitchell was the standout for Norths, with a 25-point 10-rebound double-double as the Bears stole the win.
