Shea Ili is yet to suit up for his NBL side, as Ili missed the entirety of the Hungry Jack's NBL Blitz and the opening two rounds of NBL23 for Melbourne United. But the team says he is "improving day-to-day".
Frankston Blues star Lachlan Barker has been filling his spot in his absence. Ili joins United teammate David Okwera as the two first signings for the men's Sabres squad.
