WOMEN
Eltham Wildcats (69) def by Ringwood Hawks (96)
A huge win for the Hawks in this game, taking down the Wildcats by 27 points thanks to a huge performance from their big three.
Marta Hermida, Marena Whittle and Digna Strautmane all scored at least 23 points, will all three also grabbing double-digit rebounds; Whittle leading all with 16.
Hailey Liedel played well for Eltham, leading the team with 21 points, but that wasn’t enough to stop Ringwood’s offensive onslaught.

RINGWOOD 96 (Hermida 24, Whittle and Strautmane 23)
Kilsyth Cobras (80) def by Sandringham Sabres (94)
A big win by the Sabres over the Cobras in this game; one which despite three evenly matches quarters was won in the second quarter where Kilsyth were outscored by 18 points.
Kilsyth played admirably, with four double-digit scorers led by Chloe Bibby’s 24 points, including 6-8 from three.
But with three Sandringham players scoring at least 19 points, their offensive firepower was too much for the Cobras.

SANDRINGHAM 94 (Smart 22, Jarry 21, Nakkasoglu 19)
Nunawading Spectres (61) def by Mt Gambier Pioneers (67)
This was a close game that was won by the Pioneers, despite a late surge from Nunawading.
The Spectres had four players in double digits, led by Rachel Brewster with 16 points.
Five of the eight Pioneers that suited up scored at least 10 points - Haliegh Reinoehl leading them, also with 16 points
NUNAWADING 61 (Brewster 16, Mullings 14, Pearce 12)
MT GAMBIER 67 (Reinoehl 16, Howe and Calleia 11)
Knox Raiders (64) def by Waverley Falcons (66)
A super close contest saw the Falcons sneak away with a win here after the Raiders’ comeback fell just short.
Knox played well, led by Klara Wischer who had 19 points, 11 rebounds and three steals.
For Waverley, it was Carley Ernst who was the standout, with 20 points including 4-9 from three.
KNOX 64 (Wischer 19, Froling 17, Tessari and West 11)
WAVERLEY 66 (Ernst 20, Todhunter and O’Reilly 13)
Frankston Blues (70) def by Dandenong Rangers (72)
This was an absolute nail-biter, with the Rangers winning the game thanks to the combined brilliance of Gemma Potter and Emilee Harmon.
Both players had double-doubles - Harmon with 23 points and 14 rebounds, Potter with 19 and 10.
Kate Gaze was the leader for Frankston, shooting 5-9 from three to finish with 19 points, but it wasn’t enough to claim the win.

MEN
Sandringham Sabres (78) def by Kilsyth Cobras (86)
In a close contest, Kilsyth were able to hold off Sandringham, taking them down by eight points.
Kilsyth had multiple double-digit scorers, led by Deng Deng who had a monster 21-point 14-rebound double-double.
Sandringham’s Dion Prewster led all scorers with 24, but the rest of the team did not have enough to get the job done in this one.

KILSYTH 86 (Deng 21, Tomada 19, Moses 13)
Eltham Wildcats (67) def by Ringwood Hawks (73)
An impressive scoring performance secured Ringwood the win here, with three of their starters scoring at least 15 points.
Tim Guers led all scorers with 20 points, 12 rebounds, five assists and three steals in a dominant display.
Eltham also had three starters hit the 15-point mark, the Wildcats falling just short of the win.

RINGWOOD 73 (Guers 20, Daggett and Naar 15)
Nunawading Spectres (74) def by Mt Gambier Pioneers (113)
One of the highest team scores we've seen so far this year in the NBL1, Mt Gambier blew Nunawading out of the water in this game, winning by 39 points.
The Spectres had two players score at least 21 points, led by Jack Gandolfo with 23.
But the Pioneers were unstoppable, six separate players scoring at least 15 points, led by Michael Harris with 22.

MT GAMBIER 113 (Harris 22, Rawls 20, Daly 18)
Waverley Falcons (61) def by Knox Raiders (87)
This was a classic game of two halves, with the teams seemingly even-matched during the first half of the game, before Knox came out and ended the game, outscoring the Falcons by 21 points.
Only two Waverley players hit double-figures, Daniel Dillon leading with 12.
Alex Robinson was the standout for Knox, with 19 points and 10 rebounds.

KNOX 87 (Robinson 19, Te Rangi 13, Nyok 12)
Frankston Blues (101) def by Dandenong Rangers (105)
The final game of the day did not disappoint, with the Blues and the Rangers locked into an overtime affair that saw Dandenong just hold on to come out on top.
Five Dandenong players made it into double figures, led by Lawson Eales who had 21 points and nine rebounds.
Lachlan Barker led all scorers with 31 points but fell just short of winning the game for Frankston.
