Catch up on some important results from Round 11 of the NBL1 South women's competition.

Knox Raiders 73 def Waverley Falcons 65
The Knox Raiders have secured a hard fought home victory, holding off a Waverley Falcons side looking to end its losing streak.
The game was a back and forth for all four quarters, however Knox held the advantage across most of the evening.
Led by Kiera Rowe, who collected four steals in the contest, the Raiders put the pressure on Waverley, forcing the visitors into 20 turnovers.
Those extra possessions proved crucial for Knox, who struggled shooting the ball from outside the paint and failed to convert on half its opportunities at the free-throw line.
After tailing for much of the first half, Waverley took the lead within the opening minute of the third term, however that would be the last lead the Falcons owned for the remainder of the contest, as Knox weathered Waverley's attack to pull away late in the eight-point win.
Klara Wischer led the way for the Raiders, scoring 20 points while pulling down 10 rebounds.
Knox will aim to continue its winning ways tomorrow afternoon against Eltham on the road.

Frankston Blues 62 def by Ringwood Hawks 73
The Ringwood Hawks have showcased its resilience, winning its third game in four nights and handing Frankston its first loss of the season.
The two sides could barely be separated over the first half, trading the lead back and forth in a defensive first term, before the game started to open up in the second quarter.
The always dangerous Darcee Garbin (23 points, 14 rebounds) helped the Blues take a one-point lead into the main break, scoring aggressively at the rim and from the free-throw line.
Despite this, it was Ringwood that came out of half-time with a sense of purpose, taking the lead quickly and holding Frankston to just 10 points for the term.
Grasping onto a five-point lead going into the fourth quarter, the Hawks did what they needed to over the final 10 minutes, extending its lead to 11 thanks to an inspired performance from Marena Whittle (21 points, 12 rebounds).
The victory is Ringwood’s seventh of the season and will go a long way in firmly entrenching the side in the top eight.

Ballarat Rush 72 def by Nunawading Spectres 95
The Nunawading Spectres have ridden a dominant first term towards a comfortable victory on the road against Ballarat.
Nunawading got off to the perfect start, scoring the opening 12 points of the contest before heading into the quarter time break up 26-8.
Ballarat struggled to find good shots, only managing three made field goals in the opening term thanks to the Spectres' active defense.
Forced to play catchup, the Rush did its best to slowly whittle away at the deficit, outscoring Nunawading 46-40 across the second and third quarters.
Tayla Wynne and Kasey Burton led the way for the home side, combining for 40 points and helping the Rush close the gap to as little as eight points with around four minutes remaining.
Unfortunately for Ballarat, the Spectres removed all doubt in the result from that point onwards, going on a 17-2 run to close the game and secure the 23-point win.
Rachel Brewster impressed for Nunawading, leading all scorers with 26 points.

Kilsyth Cobras 90 def Mt Gambier Pioneers 60
The Kilsyth Cobras have moved on from its close loss on Friday evening, beating the visiting Mt Gambier Pioneers comfortably on Saturday.
Outside of the opening minute of the contest, the Cobras led throughout, thanks in part to an impressive performance on the defensive end in the first half.
Kilsyth allowed just 24 points from the visitors, while on the other end moving the ball masterfully to take a 21-point lead into the main break.
Leaning on its strong first half, the Cobras cruised to victory over the final 20 minutes.
Lauren Scherf put her stamp on the game from all areas, tallying 21 points, 13 rebounds and six assists, while teammate Briahna Whatman added 20 points of her own.
Having alternated wins and losses over its last seven outings, Kilsyth will be searching for some consistency over the second half of the season.

Dandenong Rangers 67 def by Albury-Wodonga Bandits 75
The Albury-Wodonga Bandits have won its second game of the season, handing Dandenong its fourth loss in its past five games.
The Bandits never trailed in the contest, taking the lead early and holding off all of the Rangers’ attempts to pull in front.
Geraldynn Leaupepe had perhaps her best game of the season for the visitors, scoring 32 points and pulling down seven important rebounds.
Despite never leading, Dandenong made the Bandits work hard for the victory, cutting the lead to just two points thanks to a 9-0 run late in the third quarter, however that would be as close as the home side would come.
Playing in its first game since May 22, the Rangers definitely showed some signs of rust, shooting the ball poorly and turning the ball over 18 times.
Dandenong will aim to bounce back next week against Eltham and Launceston, two of the league’s top teams.

Launceston Tornadoes 73 def Geelong Supercats 70
The Launceston Tornadoes have put an end to Geelong’s three-game winning streak, outlasting the Supercats at home.
After Geelong jumped out to an early 9-2 lead, Launceston turned to its stars, Kelsey Griffin and Keely Froling, who helped the home side outscore the Supercats 22-6 over the final six minutes of the first term.
Despite leading by as many as 10 points in the second quarter, the Tornadoes found itself under constant pressure as the Supercats slowly worked away at the lead.
Trailing by five points at the main break, Geelong pushed back in front briefly to open the third term before the Tornadoes hit back, tying the contest after 30 minutes of action.
After Launceston built its lead back up to nine points in the final quarter, Geelong fought back, with the responsibility falling on Jasmine Whatley to send the game to overtime with a last second three pointer.
However, Whatley, who hadn't scored a point before attempting the final shot, came up short with her three-point attempt, securing the win for the Tornadoes.
