Star players recommit for South Adelaide

The South Adelaide Panthers have re-signed two superstar players in Olivia Levicki (nee Thompson) and Alex Starling.

The South Adelaide Panthers have re-signed two superstar players in Olivia Levicki (nee Thompson) and Alex Starling.
Levicki had a stellar year for the Panthers, averaging 24.57 points, 2.23 assists and 14.66 rebounds per game.
She also took home four Foot Locker Player of the Week awards and the South Adelaide Women's MVP award.
At the NBL1 Central Awards night, Levicki was named in the NBL1 Central Women's All Star Five and took out the league's scoring and rebounding titles.
Starling also had a solid year for South Adelaide, averaging 16.50 points, three assists and 13.16 boards from 12 games.
Panthers men's coach Scott Ninnis said he was thrilled to be working with Starling.
"I'm very excited to have someone of Alex's ability to commit to us for two more years," he said.
"It gives us an exciting foundation for our great club moving forward!
"I look forward to working with him and I know that he shares the same vision as me to once again establish us as a perennial force in the NBL1."
