Eagles Name Dee Butler Coach for 2026-27

Diamond Valley have announced Dee Butler as Head Coach of the club’s NBL1 South Women’s team for the NBL1 South 2026 and 2027 seasons.

The Eagles are coming off a strong 14-8 regular season in 2025, which culminated in a deep finals run before bowing out in the Preliminary Final.

Butler, who first first appointed to lead the Diamond Valley women’s program in 2022, will now continue to lead the side into its next phase.

“I’m really looking forward to continue building on the culture, performance and success of this program. It’s an exciting time for women’s basketball and I can’t wait to see where the hard work can take us,” Butler said.
