Straatsma is having a strong 2020 campaign as he tries to lock down an NBL1 roster spot in 2021, averaging 19.3 points per game.

Sam Youl was the best for the Grenadiers with 22 points.

In the other men’s game, Jack Stanwix (30 points) and Phoenix Robey (27) charged the Glenorchy Spartans over the Southern Wolves 101-80.

For the second week in a row, Tayla Roberts had a big performance in the women’s league, scoring 25 points as her Wolves defeated the Kings 92-73. Ellie Collins added 22 points for the Wolves in the victory.

Sarah O'Neill and Kate Berry both scored 20 points for the Spartans in their 70-62 win over the Phoenix.
