Wildcats Lock In 2026 Coaching Staff

The Eltham Wildcats have recently announced their NBL1 South Women’s and Men’s coaching panels for the 2026 season, headlined by the return of Matt Bongetti and Craig Stratford as Head Coaches.

Bongetti will again lead the NBL1 South Women, supported by assistant coaches Hunter Santamaria, Carly Stones and Caitlin Bryan. Bryan joins the program in 2026, receiving a special welcome into the Wildcats’ senior coaching staff.

On the men’s side, Stratford continues as Head Coach and will be joined by assistant coaches Chris Cameron, Steve Smith, David Quinn and Christian Yammouni. Yammouni returns to the Wildcats family where he developed as a junior before progressing to NBL1 level as a player, while Quinn also joins the program for the 2026 campaign, further strengthening the men’s coaching group.

The confirmed coaching structure signals continuity and growth as Eltham build toward the upcoming NBL1 South season.
