Townsville makes host of signings ahead of NBL1 North tip-off

Townsville has announced a host of impressive signings ahead of NBL1 North tipping off in May, with Harriet Carey, Jackson Todd, Keegan Tudehope and Mia Murray putting pen to paper. 

Carey is a local junior and recently returned from her stint in Canada for the Windsor Lacers. 

Todd is an experienced member of the Townsville team and will be looking to make his mark on the new NBL1 North competition. 

Todd will be joined by captain and Townsville favourite Keegan Tudehope, who has returned for another big season with the Heat. 

For the Flames, three-time WNBL champion and Rachael Sporn medallist Mia Murray will be joining the brigade.

Townsville tips off for the 2021 NBL1 North season at home against Mackay on Friday 14 May.
